CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS OFFICER
Position summary
Key responsibilities
The Corporate Partnerships Officer leads corporate revenue development for Bellevue Schools Foundation, including sponsorships, corporate giving, and institutional funding. This role builds strategic partnerships with businesses and funders to advance educational opportunities for students and supports fundraising initiatives associated with the Spring for Schools gala. The Officer works in partnership with a contracted grant writer who leads grant prospecting and proposal development, while the Officer manages funder relationships, internal coordination, and grant execution.
Schedule: Part time - 20 hrs/week
Location: Bellevue Schools Foundation office
Build and grow corporate partnerships and sponsorships
Coordinate grants in relationship with a grant writer
Manage funder relationships, timelines and reporting requirements
Lead corporate strategy for the Spring for Schools Gala
Collaborate across teams to drive fundraising impact and reporting

PHILANTHROPY OFFICER
The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for cultivating and growing individual giving at Bellevue Schools Foundation, including major donors, mid-level donors, and annual individual contributions. This role builds meaningful relationships with donors and prospects to advance the Foundation’s mission and supports fundraising initiatives associated with the Spring for Schools gala. This is a relationship-focused fundraising role with shared responsibility for donor stewardship and revenue growth.
Schedule: Part time - 20 hrs/week
Location: Bellevue Schools Foundation office
Build and manage relationships with major and mid-level donors
Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual gifts
Lead and grow our monthly giving program (GEM)
Partner with leadership and board members on donor strategy
Support annual campaigns and donor outreach
Support Spring for Schools gala fundraising efforts
