We recognize the need to expand our support to directly confront the systemic racial inequities present in our society, and to deepen our commitment to Black students, Indigenous students, students of color, and their families. This is just the beginning of our effort to prepare generations of students to lead us into a better, healthier future with racial and social equity.

Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can't practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage.
